One of my goals for the New Year other than reading as many books as humanly possible, is to watch as many movies as humanly possible. This of course is cutting into going to the gym as much as humanly possible (but that is okay with me). Now that I can stream Netflix through my Wii, watching movies has become so much easier because I don't even need to go to Blockbuster.
Enough of the blabber, last night's movie was an all time favorite When Harry Met Sally. Love this movie, even though I was only one when it was filmed. Apparently times have not changed because I pretty much think I am a 21st century, 23 year old Sally. There aren't very many movies that can make you laugh and cry, and I have to say, this one does.
This is one of my favorite scenes when Sally fakes an orgasm in a diner to make a point to Harry. All of the patrons turn and watch and Harry is mortified. I loved this scene. The next best scene is probably the cheesy end, which while I am sure anyone can imagine what will happen I am not going to spoil it for those who haven't seen the movie.
I think next on my list is the classic "Meet Me in St. Louis" but I haven't completely decided. Probably will depend on my mood this weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions?
