Happy New Year!

This picture is from a blog www.thenotebookdoodles.com/ LOVES IT!

2011: The year of my Bachelors Degree, becoming an "adult" and getting serious about a career. Lets be real, I need all the inspirational quotes and motivation I can get. If I could just be a professional web surfer or daydreamer I would be fine but it turns out those careers don't actually make you money (unless you are ridiculously lucky in which case I envy you). In the mean time I have applied to teaching school which I am really excited about!

Over vacation my web surfing techniques have greatly improved and I have discovered the wonders of Stumble Upon (clearly I've had just way to much time on my hands). I of course did discover any of these things while working in my mom's office 'answering' the phones. HAHA *kidding mom* I have also become a miraculous wii player (Minorly addicted to Donkey Kong), and done a lot of drawing and trying to make homemade Christmas gifts (my bank account isn't the prettiest thing thanks Roma). Anyways I am working hard on my creative side, I've always loved looking at art, and after taking an art class last semester I know so much more about different art forms that it is even more enjoyable [should have gone to art school]

Anyways these are some of the things I have found lately that make me unbelievably happy =)

"...you're not how much money you've got in the bank. You're not your job. You're not your family, and you're not who you tell yourself.... You're not your name.... You're not your problems.... You're not your age.... You are not your hopes." ~Chuck Palahniuk, Fight Club.

This is in FreePeople's January catalog {shot in Paris} I think this photo is so gorgeous. I miss Europe so much. If anyone knows of a way that I can fly to Paris for free and backpack around Europe for the rest of my life writing a recondite autobiography. Maybe I need to start looking at Au Pair jobs and use my teaching expertise for that....oh the possibilities.

I am seriously addicted to this notebook doodles site.
